Terms and Conditions

Booking and Payment

  • A minimum advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
  • Full payment must be completed before the trip begins unless specified otherwise.
  • Payments are non-refundable unless outlined in the cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 7 days before the travel date will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the travel date are non-refundable.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days.

Itinerary Changes

  • The itinerary may change due to weather, roadblocks, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Alternative arrangements will be made when possible, but additional costs will be the client’s responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Shukla Tour and Travels acts as a mediator between clients and service providers (e.g., hotels, transportation).
  • We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or damages caused by third-party services.

Travel Insurance

  • Travel insurance is not included in our packages. Clients are encouraged to arrange their insurance independently.

Identification Documents

  • Government-issued ID is mandatory for all bookings.
  • International travelers must have valid passports, visas, and any additional required documents.

Code of Conduct

  • Clients must maintain responsible behavior during the trip.
  • Any property damage or misconduct may result in service termination without a refund.

Liability

  • Shukla Tour and Travels is not liable for losses, injuries, or damages beyond our control.
  • Clients are responsible for safeguarding personal belongings during the trip.

Special Requests

  • Requests such as specific vehicle models or room preferences are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

Jurisdiction

  • All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [City/State], India.
