Terms and Conditions
Booking and Payment
- A minimum advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
- Full payment must be completed before the trip begins unless specified otherwise.
- Payments are non-refundable unless outlined in the cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made at least 7 days before the travel date will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the travel date are non-refundable.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days.
Itinerary Changes
- The itinerary may change due to weather, roadblocks, or unforeseen circumstances.
- Alternative arrangements will be made when possible, but additional costs will be the client’s responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Shukla Tour and Travels acts as a mediator between clients and service providers (e.g., hotels, transportation).
- We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or damages caused by third-party services.
Travel Insurance
- Travel insurance is not included in our packages. Clients are encouraged to arrange their insurance independently.
Identification Documents
- Government-issued ID is mandatory for all bookings.
- International travelers must have valid passports, visas, and any additional required documents.
Code of Conduct
- Clients must maintain responsible behavior during the trip.
- Any property damage or misconduct may result in service termination without a refund.
Liability
- Shukla Tour and Travels is not liable for losses, injuries, or damages beyond our control.
- Clients are responsible for safeguarding personal belongings during the trip.
Special Requests
- Requests such as specific vehicle models or room preferences are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
Jurisdiction
- All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [City/State], India.
