1. Cab Usage & Kilometer Limits
Outstation Cab Service:
- Cab usage limit is 250 kilometers per day.
- Extra kilometers will be charged additionally as per the agreed rate.
Delhi Local Sightseeing:
- Cab usage limit is 8 hours or 80 kilometers, whichever is earlier.
- Extra hours or kilometers will be charged extra.
2. Booking & Payment Policy
- Minimum 10% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
- 50% of the total tour amount must be paid before pickup time.
- Remaining amount must be paid during the tour in two parts or as mutually agreed.
- Payments must be made only to the company's official bank account or in the owner's name.
- Payments made to any other account will not be considered valid.
3. Cancellation & Advance Refund Policy
- Advance payment is non-refundable if the customer cancels near the travel date.
- If cancelled before 15 days of travel date:
- Amount can be adjusted in the next trip, or
- Refund will be processed within 15 working days.
4. Online & Third-Party Payment Charges
- Credit card, PayPal, or payment gateway charges will be extra and borne by the customer.
5. GST Policy
- GST invoice will be provided as per Government of India rules.
- 18% GST will be charged extra wherever applicable.
6. General Conditions
- Parking, tolls, state taxes, driver allowance, and permits are extra unless mentioned.
- Company is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or road conditions.
- All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.
